# Terra Silica Terra Silica compares the geography of AI infrastructure across Pax Silica and the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization (WAICO). Country alignment comes from the project's coalition snapshot; facility counts and H100-equivalent compute come from the included source datasets. H100-equivalent compute normalizes different AI accelerators to the estimated 8-bit performance of one NVIDIA H100.
