Terra Silica compares AI facilities and H100-equivalent compute across Pax Silica, WAICO, and other countries. Pax Silica is a U.S.-led partnership for trusted AI and technology supply chains. WAICO is a China-initiated organization for international AI cooperation and governance.
H100-equivalent compute normalizes different accelerators to the estimated 8-bit performance of one NVIDIA H100. Facilities without an estimate remain in facility counts but are excluded from capacity totals.
